Visa Application Instructions

After a successful online submission review, we'll contact you via email regarding a list of physical materials needed, including your passport, for us to proceed with the visa application process. Please also provide us with your home address so we can return any document or visa safely back to you.
5. Once your visa application is approved and processed, we'll mail back your passport containing the new visa sticker directly to the address provided by you.
Important Information
1. You need to have your original foreign passport recognized by China, with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
2. If you are not applying for the visa in the county of your citizenship, you must provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates of entry, residence,employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal staying provided by the relevant authorities of the country or region where you are currently staying.
3. If you used to be a Chinese citizen but now have obtained foreign citizenship:
(1)If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide your previous Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.
(2)If you have obtained Chinese visas before and want to apply for a Chinese visa with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and photo page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page.
4. Documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation, etc. or an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China. The invitation letter should contain:
(1)Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
(2)Information on the planned visit (arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, etc.)
(3)Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual.)

Passport Bio Page
Capture a photo of your passport's entire personal details page, ensuring it includes the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) at the bottom (two lines at the bottom of the page). Passport validity should be more than 6 months from the departure time and with at least 2 blank visa pages. Upload the image using the designated button.
Proof of Legal Entry or Residence Status
Proof of legal entry or residence status(applicable to those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship).

②Residence status (For the non-permanent resident) - Residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal staying – original and photocopy
③Proof of legal entry (For the Visitor) - e.g. Landing Slip – original and photocopy
Return Ticket
Please upload the return ticket to your home country or a third country/region as part of the application requirements.
Proof of Accommodation
1. Upload hotel reservation (with the applicant's name).
2. Provide property ownership certificate or lease contract if invited by an inviter.
