Flight Reservation(Applicant's name must be on Flight Reservation).

Type a note with: - Name - Frequently used personal mobile phone numbers - Common email addresses

Hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Detailed itinerary, includes date, activity, hotel, phone numbers, etc.

A letter from your employer detailing your position, salary, how long you have been employed, any authorized vacation, and the purpose, if any, of your trip.

Please provide the following proofs (choose one from the two) 1. Monthly statements of bank deposits under your name in the past three months. The bank statement must have the applicant’s name/account balance/show daily transaction records (credit card statements are not accepted). It is recommended that the balance in the last month is greater than S$3,000. Each page of the consolidated statement needs to be printed, including the final terms information page. It is recommended to provide local bank statements in China or Singapore. 2.Last year notice issued by IRAS with total yearly income indication.

1.Such as PR card, Work Pass, Student ID card, Long Term Visit Pass, etc.(PR additionally requires a Re-entry Permit.) 2.The validity period of the pass must beyond the time of return from Japan.

LTVP/LTVP+ holders who are employed also need to provide LOC.
