Visa Acceptance Scope
Applicable to applicants who have resided in Malaysia for more than 12 months and hold a valid Malaysian visa with a validity period of more than 6 months (work visa or student visa).
Visa Application Instructions
1. The Embassy will inform the applicant directly by email whether additional documents or an interview (face-to-face only) are required before a decision can be made on the visa application.
2. Submitting an application does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. The visa application will only be processed after the Embassy confirms that the corresponding visa fee has been effectively credited to its bank account. However, if the visa application is rejected, the visa fee will not be refunded.
3. Regardless of whether the visa is issued or not, only the passport will be returned to the applicant, and all other documents must be submitted to the Embassy together with the application.

Passport Bio Page
Capture a photo of your passport's entire personal details page, ensuring it includes the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) at the bottom (two lines at the bottom of the page). Passport validity should be more than 6 months from the departure time and with at least 2 blank visa pages. Upload the image using the designated button.
Birth certificate for children
A certificate of birth is required for people under the age of 18.
Round Trip Flight Reservation

Hotel Reservations

4.If the applicant will be staying at a host (friend/family) in Brazil, the host must write a letter, have their signature notarized at a Brazilian notary public, and attach a copy of their Brazilian ID. The host should write down all their contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.

Bank Statement
1. Please print current bank statements in Malaysia for the past 3 months. It is recommended to provide daily use card and salary/pension card statements. Credit card statements cannot be used.
2.Please bring your original ID card to the counter of the corresponding bank to print the slip and stamp it with the official seal of the bank (some banks support the use of electronic seals). The specific situation is subject to the actual situation of the corresponding bank.
3.Do not make large sums of money in or out of your account or make temporary deposits into your account.
4. The date printed on the bank statement must not exceed 15 calendar days from the date of Submit visa application recording.
Proof of long-term residence
Please provide proof of legal residence in Malaysia for at least 12 months, and a valid Malaysian visa.

Please mail one recent photograph with white background. The photo requirements are strict. If you do not submit it according to the regulations, you may be refused.
