Visa Application Instructions
1.After the appointment is successfully made, if the applicant needs to change the appointment time due to personal reasons, a fee of US$15 will be charged per time, and a fee of US$30 will be charged per time to modify the application form.
2.This product does not include visa fees、Visa Center Service Fee and the courier fee of the visa center/consulate. Please pay the fee on the day of submission.

Travel Insurance
1. Overseas travel insurance (covering the Schengen area), Chinese and English version
2. The destination must be written as "Schengen/Schengen Area/Schengen Agreement Country" and cannot be a specific country.
3. The insured amount for medical expenses needs to be more than 30,000 euros or RMB 300,000, and the travel medical insurance must cover any expenses incurred by the visa holder due to repatriation or emergency treatment due to medical reasons during the stay. Coverage also needs to include expenses incurred due to pandemics, including Covid-19.
4. The name of the insured must be in Chinese and English. For example: 张三 ZHANG SAN
5. Purchase time requirement: Purchase starts on the day you leave China and ends two days after departure from Schengen
Application Form (Schengen)

Household register
1. For family registration: take photos of all pages of the entire book
2. For collective household registration: take a photo of the household head’s homepage + the applicant’s personal page

Travel partner
1. If the travel partner has obtained a visa, please provide the first page of the traveler’s passport and the valid visa page.

Proof of long-term residence
1. If it is a temporary visa, please provide a scanned copy of the visa page
2. If you have a permanent residence card, provide a scanned copy of the front and back of the residence card.
Bank statements in the past six months
1. Please print current bank statements in your name for the past 6 months. It is recommended to provide daily use card and salary/pension card statements. Credit card statements cannot be used.
2.Please bring your original ID card to the counter of the corresponding bank to print the slip and stamp it with the official seal of the bank (some banks support the use of electronic seals). The specific situation is subject to the actual situation of the corresponding bank.
3.Do not make large sums of money in or out of your account or make temporary deposits into your account.
4. The date printed on the bank statement must not exceed 15 calendar days from the date of Submit visa application recording. The balance shall not be less than RMB 50,000 per person
Business invitation letter
1. The basic contents are as follows: Specific information of the invitee (full name, passport number, company and position)
2. Purpose of the business invitation (to attend an exchange meeting, negotiate business, sign a contract, etc.)
3. Itinerary (such as when the meeting is held, where it is held, how long it will take, etc.)
4. Who will pay for the travel expenses? If the applicant's food and accommodation are included, please indicate it and provide relevant proof. Ensure that the applicant abides by local laws and leaves the destination country on time
5. Specific information of the inviter (company name, address, position, contact number, E-MAIL)
6. Personal signature or seal of the inviter
Dispatch letter
1. Must be stamped with the company seal and signed by the person in charge of the company
