1.This visa is suitable for applicants traveling to Indonesia for the following purposes: (1) Conducting activities related to business, meetings, or shopping, including but not limited to inspecting goods at offices, factories, or production sites. (2) Discussing, negotiating, or signing business contracts. (3) Engaging in tourism-related activities and visiting friends or family. Note: If the applicant currently holds a valid Indonesian visa, they must wait until the visa expires before applying for this visa. 2.The applicant must be outside Indonesia when submitting the visa application. 3.Applications from nationals of Israel, Guinea, Afghanistan, Cameroon, North Korea, Liberia, Nigeria, and Somalia are not accepted. 4.Applications from individuals on the blacklist (i.e., those with criminal records, deportation history, etc.) are not accepted. Blacklisted applicants will be directly refused. Note: Fees are non-refundable for blacklisted applicants, as the Indonesian system requires payment before submission.

1. The visa is valid for one year. The applicant must enter Indonesia at least once within three months from the visa issuance date; otherwise, the visa will become invalid. The maximum stay is 60 days per entry. To enter Indonesia again, the applicant must leave Indonesia before re-entering. In addition, the Indonesian visa system only retains the latest valid visa. If the applicant enters Indonesia using a Visa on Arrival (VoA) or another type of visa during the application process, the current visa application may be automatically rejected. 2. Applicants who have previously held an Indonesian work visa must complete the visa cancellation process before applying for a new visa, regardless of whether the previous visa has expired. Otherwise, the application may be held up and the visa will not be issued. Fees are non-refundable in such cases. 3. If the system displays the message “Existing residence permit, unable to submit application” when submitting the application, an additional fee may be required for further processing.
